Melbourne Same Day Delivery & Pickup
Do you offer same day delivery in Melbourne?
Yes! Need that item ASAP? Good news — as a customer of Vibe Atelier, you’re entitled to our same day delivery service in Melbourne, operating Monday to Sunday, 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
All our items (except pre-order collections) are available for same day delivery.
✅ Free same day delivery is available for the following suburbs:
3000 – Melbourne
3003 – West Melbourne
3006 – Southbank
3008 – Docklands
3051 – North Melbourne
3053 – Carlton
For other suburbs in Melbourne, same day delivery fees may vary based on distance. Please contact our customer service team for more details or to arrange a quote.
Can I pick up my order in Melbourne?
Absolutely! You can pick up your parcel from our two depots in Melbourne:
- 420 Spencer Street, West Melbourne VIC 3003
- 8 Pearl River Road, Docklands VIC 3008
Your parcel will be ready for pickup within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact us if you have any special requests.
Shipping/Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location:
- Australia: 1-4 business days
- New Zealand & other listed countries: 5-10 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! we currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the UK, US, Canada, Europe (selected countries), Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea and Japan.
If your country isn't listed, please contact us to see if we can assist.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped. You can use it to follow your parcel's journey.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Shipping times are estimates and delays may occur due to customs or postal service issues. If tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with your local postal service directly. We're always here to assist by providing documentation or opening a support case if needed.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Our sizing follows AU (Australian) standard sizes. Please always refer to the AU size for the most accurate fit.
You might notice some tags marked like AU8 (M) or AU8 (L) — these are simply internal labels from different production batches and all refer to the same AU sizing.

Do your swimwear pieces have padding?
Yes, all our swimwear is designed with built-in padding for comfort and support.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, WeChat and Alipay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly and can’t be changed once placed. Please contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange if I change my mind?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
What if I ordered the wrong size or want a different style?
We're happy to offer an exchange or store credit for unworn items. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate items such as lingerie, underwear or hosiery, unless the product is faulty.
What if the item is faulty or incorrect?
We're truly sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll arrange a full refund or replacement, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Care Instructions
How do I care for my swimwear and clothing?
To keep your pieces looking fresh and beautiful, we recommend cold hand/machine washing, avoiding bleach and tumble drying.
Rinse your swimwear after swimming to remove salt or chlorine, and try to avoid rough surfaces or sunscreen oils.
For clothing, always follow the care label instructions to help maintain colour and shape.
