Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our policy works:
- For non-faulty items, we’re happy to offer store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, with all tags and hygiene stickers intact. Please contact us return within 3 days of delivery.
- For swimwear, returns and exchanges are accepted under the same conditions.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate items such as lingerie, underwear or hosiery, unless the product is faulty.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at enquiries@vibeatelier.com.au so we can make it right. You’re entitled to a full refund or replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To request a return, please email us at enquiries@vibeatelier.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order, and include your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be approved before sending the item back. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.You can always contact us for any return question at enquiries@vibeatelier.com.au.
Store credit & Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.
- For non-faulty items, a store credit will be issued.
- For faulty or incorrect items, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at enquiries@vibeatelier.com.au.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate items such as lingerie, underwear or hosiery, unless the product is faulty or damaged.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.If you have any questions or concerns about whether your item is eligible for return, please reach out to us at enquiries@vibeatelier.com.au.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
