Non-faulty Items

• We offer size or style exchanges, or store credit, for eligible items, including swimwear. Change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit only.
• Please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery and complete your return within 7 calendar days, counting the delivery date as day one.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags and hygiene stickers intact.

Shipping Costs

• Customers cover the original delivery cost, return postage and any shipping required for an exchange. If your order received free shipping, the original delivery cost will be deducted from your store credit or charged as part of your exchange.

Intimate & Final Sale Items

• For hygiene reasons, intimate products—including adhesive bras, nipple covers, lingerie, underwear and hosiery—cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. The same applies to items marked Final Sale.

Quality Concerns

• If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the unopened parcel and its contents.
• For confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover reasonable return shipping costs.
