Domestic orders

  • Australia Post Express (1-2 business days) or Standard (3-4 business days).
  • Free same-day delivery for orders placed before 7pm in selected Melbourne areas (CBD, Docklands, Carlton & Southbank).
  • Same-day delivery available across the rest of Melbourne for an additional fee, calculated based on distance.

International orders

  • 3-11 business days, depending on the destination country.

Returns

We're happy to offer store credit within 7 days of delivery for non-faulty items, including swimwear, provided they are unworn, in original condition, with all tags and hygiene stickers intact.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate items such as lingerie, underwear or hosiery, unless the product is faulty.

If your product arrives with a quality issue, you’re entitled to a full refund.
