Returns

We're happy to offer store credit within 7 days of delivery for non-faulty items, including swimwear, provided they are unworn, in original condition, with all tags and hygiene stickers intact.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate items such as lingerie, underwear or hosiery, unless the product is faulty.

If your product arrives with a quality issue, you’re entitled to a full refund.
