Tracking updates

Tracking is emailed once your parcel reaches the destination country, usually around 2 weeks after ordering. Tracking isn’t available during the initial international transit.

Separate shipments

Melbourne-stocked items are sent first, with brand-direct items arriving separately.

Please double-check your size and delivery address, and allow extra time if ordering for a trip or special occasion. As we begin processing your order with our brand partner immediately, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations once it’s placed.

Returns & Exchanges

For eligible non-faulty items, we offer size or style exchanges, or store credit. Change-of-mind returns are refunded as store credit only.

Please request your return or exchange within 3 calendar days of delivery and complete it within 7 calendar days, counting the delivery date as day one.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags and any hygiene stickers intact. Intimate items, including lingerie, underwear and hosiery, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Shipping Costs

For non-faulty returns and exchanges, customers cover shipping both ways: the original delivery cost and return postage, plus any shipping required to send exchange items. If your order received free shipping, the original delivery cost will be deducted from your store credit or charged as part of your exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Should you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by a clear unboxing video. We’ll assess it with our brand partner and arrange a replacement or full refund for confirmed faults or incorrect items, including reasonable return shipping costs.

Please contact us for approval and return instructions before sending items back. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected by these conditions or time limits.
